Here we offer food service packs of our highly successful self fill tea bags. These are ideal for small cafes, restaurants, bars or for micro tea producers that sell blends of tea at farmers markets, for example.
ALL our unbleached paper tea bags are made from:
- ZERO PLASTIC CONTENT
- UNBLEACHED (chlorine & dioxin free) paper
- 100% natural cotton drawstring - simply pull to seal
and:
- are 100% bio-degradable and home compostable
- are packaged in recycled card box and/or clear BOPP biodegradable non-plastic material (degrades to mainly water)
- contain zero genetically modified materials (an issue with some big brands!!!)

500 and 1,000 packs of our brown unbleached paper self fill tea bags - one cup (5x7cm) - best for black teas
500 and 1,000 packs of our brown unbleached paper self fill tea bag - one pot (7x9cm) - best for herbal, fruit or green teas

Empty tea bags that you can fill yourself with your own tea to your own strength. These tea bags are manufactured exclusively for spice .boutique
, assembled and packed in Scotland, from unbleached biodegradable paper which is brown in colour. When spice.boutique unbleached tea bags are immersed in boiling water, they actually become more translucent than traditional white bleached tea bags, allowing you to see your tea infusing perfectly. Please note that we are now upgrading our packaging to biodegradable, home compostable and therefore the packaging that arrives may look slightly different to that shown in the photographs. Convenient easy use
Fill the the tea bag with about one heaped teaspoon of your favourite tea, pull the soft natural cotton drawstring to close, and infuse the tea bag in boiling water. After preparing your lovely cup of tea to your own strength, dispose of the tea bag conveniently in any bin (be careful as it may be hot).
